Do I need a barre at home?
No. A stable chair, countertop, or wall is enough for the challenge line and the focused series. Any optional props are listed on the class page.
Where should I begin?
Start with Challenge 1 if you want the full Barre Muse structure across Classic, Functional, Cardio, and Power. Start with Legs, Arms, or ABS if you want a shorter 30-minute single-focus series.
How long are the classes?
Challenge sessions are mostly 45 minutes. Legs, Arms, and ABS are 30-minute standalone sessions.
Is Barre Muse beginner friendly?
Yes. Barre Classic is the beginner entry point inside every challenge week, and Challenge 1 is the best place to begin if you want the full system in order.
