Courses for every
season of practice.

A complete challenge line built by Xenia Agafonova, plus three focused standalone series for Legs, Arms, and ABS.

The Structure

Three focused series.

The main line runs from Challenge 1 to Challenge 10. Every challenge includes four weeks, and every week includes Barre Classic, Barre Functional, Barre Cardio, and Barre Power. Legs, Arms, and ABS sit separately as standalone focused series.

  1. 01

    Barre Classic

    Level 1 · Beginner

Classical ballet positions and a moderate pace, with a focus on technique, movement control, and the mind–muscle connection.

  2. 02

    Barre Functional

    Level 2 · Strong

Cardio and strength combined for comprehensive muscular development — major and deep stabilizing muscles, including those that are often hard to target.

  3. 03

    Barre Power

    Level 3 · Sculpted Body / Power

Intensive strength, overall endurance, and metabolic optimization — controlled intensity and progressive load for a more toned, defined physique.

  4. 04

    Barre Cardio

    Level 3 · Sculpted Body / Power

A cardio-focused format that improves cardiovascular and respiratory function — endurance, oxygenation, and aerobic efficiency, never punishment.

Focused series

Legs, Arms, and ABS.
Standalone 10-session tracks.

These three series sit outside the challenge line. Each one is a separate 10-session format built for a single body focus and a shorter 30-minute rhythm.

Challenge line

One name.
A clear order from 1 to 10.

Every challenge follows the same structure: four weeks, four sessions per week, and the same four directions inside each week.
