Refund policy

Digital content

Courses and single videos are digital content with instant access. A full refund is available within 14 days of purchase if you have not opened any of the purchased lessons.

How to request a refund

Email hello@barremuse.org from the address on your account and include the order reference from your dashboard. We confirm within 1–2 business days.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original card through Monobank within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Auto-renewal

You can cancel auto-renewal anytime from the dashboard. The current paid period stays active until it ends; partial refunds for a started period are not provided.

Technical issues

If a purchased video does not play and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we refund that purchase in full.
