Do I need a barre at home?

No. A stable chair, countertop, or wall is enough for every launch course. Props are optional and clearly listed on each course page.

Where should I begin?

Start with Barre Classic if you want technique, Barre Functional if you want full-body integration with cardio and strength, or Barre Power if you are ready for an intensive strength arc. The express formats — Barre Arms, Barre Legs, ABS — are ideal 30-minute additions.

How long are the classes?

Most core-format classes run 28–46 minutes. The express formats — Barre Arms, Barre Legs, and ABS — are 30 minutes each.

Is Barre Muse beginner friendly?

Yes. Barre Classic is recommended for beginners. Every course includes calm cueing and supportive options; Barre Power is the most demanding format and is intended for intermediate to advanced students.
