Ksenia
Agafonova.

A method built on quiet discipline — 140 exercises, four formats, one studio voice.

The intention

Movement
without noise.

Calm cueing, considered pacing, no theatrics — only what the body actually needs.

Strength
without pressure.

Sessions that build patiently — discipline without exhaustion, never breaking to be made.

The story

How Barre Muse
began.

Ksenia Agafonova trained in classical ballet before earning her certification with the International Ballet Association in the United States. Years of teaching across studios revealed a single, persistent gap: most students were exhausted by training that was supposed to make them stronger.

Barre Muse is the answer to that gap. It is a precise, feminine training method built from 140 exercises and four formats — Classic, Functional, Power, and Cardio. Functional strength, active stretching, ballet-inspired lines, and clear cues that help the body feel balanced, capable, and connected to itself.

The studio voice is the same in every class: calm, deliberate, never punishing. The method works because it never asks the body to break first.

The four principles

A method,
not a workout.

  1. 01

    Alignment first

Posture, breath, joint position. Every repetition has a clear purpose before it has weight.

  2. 02

    Sculpt with patience

Long holds, subtle pulses, intelligent transitions. Strength that compounds because it never rushes.

  3. 03

    Restore as practice

Active stretching and mobility — not as a finishing ritual, but as a quiet thread woven through every session.

  4. 04

    Composed under intensity

Cardio that keeps the line, pace that respects the breath. Premium training without the punishment.
