3. Digital Products & Online Courses
Due to the nature of digital content, refunds will not be granted once a course has been accessed, downloaded, or started. If you encounter technical issues preventing access, please contact support for assistance.
4. Physical Products (Sport Goods)
Refunds or exchanges are available for physical goods within 14 days of delivery if:
– The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
– The wrong item was delivered
Products must be returned in unused condition and original packaging. The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Cancellations
a. Orders for physical goods can be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
b. Subscriptions or memberships may be canceled before the next billing cycle. Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
