Why this course

The 21-Day Barre Challenge is designed for momentum. Classes are short enough to fit into real life, but sequenced carefully so each day has a purpose: alignment, sculpt, core, mobility, endurance, and recovery.

This is not an aggressive bootcamp. It is a focused ritual that helps you return to the body daily, build discipline gently, and feel stronger by the final week.

Do I have to train every day?

The course is designed daily, but it is flexible. If life interrupts the rhythm, continue with the next class when you return.

Are the classes long?

Most sessions are 20-32 minutes, with one longer signature class near the end.

Is this too intense for beginners?

Beginners can participate by choosing the lighter options and pausing when needed. Barre Foundations is recommended first if you want more technique support.
