Core & Posture works beyond surface abdominal exercises. The program connects breath, ribs, pelvis, shoulder placement, and deep stabilizers so the body can stand taller with less strain.

Expect slow mat work, standing balance, anti-rotation patterns, and gentle mobility. The result is a stronger center and a more relaxed upper body.
