Why this course

Full Body Sculpt is the signature Barre Muse training arc: low-impact strength, controlled pulses, long holds, and intelligent sequencing that moves through the whole body without overwhelming it.

Each week layers a new focus so the body feels awake, supported, and visibly more organized. Expect work at the barre, on the mat, and in standing balance series, with options for lighter or deeper intensity.

Is this a weight-loss program?

It is a strength and conditioning course. Many students notice better tone and stamina, but the focus is quality of movement, consistency, and control.

Can I do it without hand weights?

Yes. Use body weight, water bottles, or skip load entirely. The tempo and holds still create meaningful work.

How intense is it?

Moderate. You will feel heat, but the classes are designed to remain precise and low impact.
