Why this course

Legs & Glutes is precise, low-impact, and deeply effective. The work moves through standing barre, mat series, hip mobility, balance, and slow endurance blocks.

You will train the glutes, inner thighs, calves, hamstrings, and stabilizers while keeping joints supported and movement clean.

The course is low impact and includes alignment cues throughout. If you have pain or an injury, work with a medical professional before training.

Are bands required?

No. Bands and ankle weights are optional upgrades. The classes work well with body weight only.

Beginners can start here after Barre Foundations or by choosing the lighter options in each class.
